Last week in the game indoor softball the interpersonal skill i was showing was showing was acceptive diversity.
I demonstrated this interpersonal skill by accepting everyone's idea meaning if someone got something to say no one would have to judge it , because nothing is right or wrong. And that everyone played along and that it made everyone feel good about playing.
This had a good impact on the team because everyone was listening to what others had to say. This helped us think about what we could do better or what i could change for the next time, helping our team win.

Log 4 - Jedi dodge ball
Last week in the game Jedi dodge ball I demonstrated effective communication.
In Jedi dodge ball the interpersonal skill i showed was effective communication. I showed effective communication by telling my team mate to guide the Jedi in dodge ball. For example i said 'go over there and protect the Jedi'.
This had a good impact on my team because everyone was working together and finding strategies to get points.

Log 3 - Volleyball
Last week in volleyball i demonstrated the interpersonal skill including others.
In volleyball the interpersonal skill i showed was including others. I did this by cheering my team on, Also trying to get everyone involved by letting them know that it was okay to make mistakes. What i did to get my team involved was i told them that 'they could do and no one would judge them'
This had a good impact on my team because everyone enjoyed it and everyone was involved which helped everyone feel happy.

Last week i didn't demonstrate any interpersonal skills , because i didn't bring any PE gear.

I cheered my team on. This had a negative impact on my team because i didn't play and make our teams even. I sat on the bench cheering my team on and distracted other non players

Log 1 - Fast ball (2/3/18)
Last week in the game fast ball i showed the interpersonal skill cooperation
I showed cooperation by ripping tags and making sure no one got to the other side and got the ball. For example they passed the line and i tried to rip their tags. And encouraging others to score a try This meant that i was helping the team out because i was forcing players to go back to their own half.
Impact - By ripping tags, it helped my team get our half , that meant they had no chances
